1 / 4 pint of milk

1 egg Salt and pepper, to taste Preparation

Fry in

butter onion, finely chopped, add the bell peppers and cut into thin strips. Add the corn and add the flour. Then, join the milk, salt and pepper, stirring constantly, until thickened. Remove from heat and add the yolks and lastly the beaten whites until stiff. Mix gently.
Place one of cake tops stretched into greased pan and fill with this mixture, covering with a layer of egg cortadito. Cover with remaining cake cover and paint with beaten egg.
Cook in moderate oven about 30 minutes.
