Tarta de hongos y choclo

Ingredients 2 cake tops
200 grs.
buttery cheese 1 packet of mushrooms 1 onion


3 eggs 1 / 4 pint of milk cream 1 tablespoon

cheese Salt, pepper and nutmeg, to taste 1 tablespoon butter

1 can of corn

Preparation Fry in butter, grated onion. When browned, add the corn and mushrooms soaked and chopped. Add half cup of water they were soaked mushrooms and season to taste. Boil for 10 minutes, remove from heat and cream adiconar milk, grated cheese and beaten eggs.
